Josh Lanzetta is an attorney at Bruton & Berube and retired member of the United States Telemark Ski Team.  Josh spent his formative years working as a carpenter before attending law school to study land use, real estate, and environmental law. 

 

A highly competitive advocate with over two decades of construction and development experience, Josh’s land use practice includes representing clients in state and federal permitting procedures; land conveyancing transactions; financing; leasing; and environmental compliance.  

 

In addition to his real estate practice, Josh leverages his experience as a professional athlete and business attorney to routinely represent athletes and companies in the adrenaline sports industry, including resorts, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, adventure travel companies, endurance races, and outdoor education schools.
